Andy Atkinson arrived at Westnorth Manor Farm with his herd of dairy cattle in 1992, but the farm itself dates back to the 1600s. Motivated by Cornwall Council’s project to save and replant traditional apples, Andy planted three orchards. Soon, he had one of the largest collections of Cornish apple varieties in the county. Andy’s renowned “museum” orchards of rare apples are also a habitat for local wildlife.
