“Yield to the soil to better serve it,” is the philosophy of owner and winemaker Patricia Boyer-Domergue, who cultivates ancient varietals, saving many of them from near extinction. Her passion for these storied grapes is complimented by the winery’s location at the base of Mt. Noire in Southern France, where the estate began as a Roman villa and chapel. Patricia is accompanied by her daughter, Cécile, who assists in both the vineyards and the cellar.
